Summary

  • Update only the fmt entry in cgmanifest.json from 8.1.1 to 9.1.0 and set its upstream release commit to a33701196adfad74917046096bf5a2aa0ab0bb50.
  • The native-build CMake dependency already pins fmt 9.1.0 on main. This PR synchronizes component-governance metadata without changing the build or runtime behavior.

Validation

  • Parsed the manifest as JSON and verified its version matches the existing CMake release pin.
  • Resolved the upstream fmt 9.1.0 tag via GitHub and verified the registered commit matches.
  • Confirmed no registrations or fields outside the fmt tag and commit changed.
  • git diff --check passed.
  • Repository-wide builds and unit tests were skipped because this metadata-only change cannot affect compiled code or test behavior.
