This PR addresses four Phase 3 frontend issues:
useExtendContractTtlwrite hook invoking contract instance and persistent storage TTL bumps on Soroban. Supports connected admin wallet signing, custom parameters, error decoding, loading state, and transaction receipts.useVestingSchedulequery hook querying vesting schedules (total locked, cliff, vest end) and calculating linear vested and claimable token amounts based on current ledger/timestamp.useBatchContractReadsoptimization hook consolidating multiple contract queries (balance, total supply, role checks, custom functions) into a singlePromise.allbatch with shared in-memory caching and request deduplication.MintScreenrejecting negative numbers, decimals, exponential notation, and empty inputs with immediate red error banner feedback and disabling the submit button until valid.Verification
