test(react): cover wallet, network, and mint E2E flows

Summary

• Add a configurable, typed fake Freighter adapter and RPC failure stubs for deterministic headless tests.
• Cover wallet connect/disconnect, wrong-network warnings with disabled mint actions, invalid mint input, minter-role rejection, and successful mint submission.

Verification

• npm run build --workspace @bc-forge/sdk passed.
• npm run build --workspace @bc-forge/react passed.
• ESLint and git diff --check passed for the changed E2E files.
• Playwright could not launch Chromium in this container because the OS library libatk-1.0.so.0 is missing.
