Method computing and assigning to whatever newly created bhom object a name that is given by the concatenation of the input bhom name and the corresponding SAP2000 GUID of the element.
This always guarantees that the name assigned to the SAP2000 object is unique.

SAP2000 Toolkit tested by Hanna Opdahl following standard procedures in grasshopper. Functionalities working as expected. List of improvements for next beta release noted.
