Install the latest release from PyPI:
python -m pip install biosigpyPython 3.10–3.13, NumPy 1.26.4 or newer, and SciPy 1.11.4 or newer are supported. The latest GitHub release also provides the verified wheel and source archive. See the public installation guide for the complete instructions.
The Biosigpy documentation contains the Python API, with direct links to executable example code. For practical method descriptions, expected inputs and outputs, scientific references, and links to the MATLAB implementation, use the Biosiglib method catalog.
