Reverting a rule assigned the original method back on the model's registry class. Since that class is reused when further modules are loaded, the assigned method kept shadowing the overrides they define, e.g. the `write` of partner_contact_address_default when its tests run in the same process as the ones of auditlog. Remove the patched attribute instead so that the method resolves through the class hierarchy again. In tests, subscribe rules in `setUp` instead of `setUpClass` and revert them in a cleanup after each test, so that no patch outlives a test, even when `setUp` fails after subscribing. Adapted forward port of the auditlog part of #3526 without the registration in Odoo's patch checker, which does not exist in 19.0. Fixes #3439 Assisted-by: Claude Opus 5.5
