Add cursor pagination and sequential view rendering

Fixes #30

• Creates a new set of core interfaces describing cursor- and offset-based pagination and their capabilities
• Creates a new set of view integrations for sequential views (previous/next navigation only)
• Adds cursor pagination adapters for Doctrine's ORM (building off their pagination tools), Collections, and DBAL packages (the latter two home-rolled), as well as the Elastica and Solarium adapters
  • MongoDB ODM support will land once a decision is made on Add Pagination classes to ODM doctrine/mongodb-odm#2992 to determine what needs to happen here
• Deprecate the page-number based APIs at the view layer
