is that ahd g:profiler GEM file format? There looks to be extra columns that EM is not expecting.

here it is my file . do you think it is wrong form?It is the wrong file format. You need to make sure that you are getting the GEM file.
If you are creating the file yourself then you need to make sure that it is in the generic Enrichment map file format - https://enrichmentmap.readthedocs.io/en/docs-2.2/FileFormats.html#generic-results-files

I don't know what is the problem maybe is it because colon and "" ?? are those can be problem in the input file?
