Summary
oss.sonatype.orgBungeeCord snapshot repositoryupdatePolicy=alwaysforsimpleapiWhy
VotingPlugin builds stalled in both Jenkins and GitHub Actions while Maven waited on legacy/unrelated repositories. The fix in VotingPlugin showed that normal release dependencies resolve reliably when Maven Central is used first and custom repositories are restricted to the artifact types they actually serve.
AdvancedCore is especially important because its published POM is consumed transitively by downstream plugins. Its current POM still exports the old
oss.sonatype.orgsnapshot repository and permits unrelated repositories to participate in snapshot resolution. This change removes that legacy path and narrows repository participation without changing dependency versions or runtime behavior.
