The dependency now resolves 1.0.2-20261016.212245-41, but docs/mysql-startup-failure.md:28-32 still states that the POM pins 1.0.2-20261011.161601-40 and associates the build contract with that older artifact. Anyone using the document to verify which immutable SimpleAPI build supplies the SQL lifecycle fix will therefore audit the wrong artifact; update the documented version and provenance together with this pin.

Pins SimpleAPI to published snapshot
1.0.2-20261016.212245-41, carrying the merged compatible dependency updates and SQL lifecycle fix into normal AdvancedCore builds. Existing dependency exclusions are preserved.Validation: clean AdvancedCore package with 1,481 unit tests and one artifact check; exact-candidate VotingPlugin master with 2,563 passed unit tests, one optional skip and five artifact checks; MCPerks master compiled and packaged (that tree has no tests). All 176 VotingPlugin suite classpaths selected the candidate SDK. Published SimpleAPI class/resource contents match the reviewed compatible source build; the normal archive hashes were independently checked.
Fresh independent read-only review of the dependency change and affected packaging/consumer contract returned No findings. Hosted CI and native server/database acceptance are not yet verified.
