Explanation
The title "Update AdvancedCore dependencies" is generic but accurately names the change. The diff only updates dependency versions in AdvancedCore/pom.xml: Maven Surefire 3.6.0 to 3.6.1, Gson 2.14.0 to 2.15.0, and test-scoped SQLite JDBC 3.53.4.0 to 3.54.1.0. The title does not name the specific libraries, so it is broad, but it is related to the main change and does not describe anything absent from the changeset. The PR objectives mention a Velocity API bump, which is not in the provided summary of changes, but this affects the description, not the title.

Update Surefire to 3.6.1, the test-scoped SQLite JDBC update from #379, and provided Gson to 2.15.0.
Validation: 106 focused tests, 1,723 full unit tests and two packaged-artifact tests passed on Java 21. Packaged class bytes match the prior baseline, and a representative message-envelope round trip matched with both Gson versions. Independent review found no issues.
This revision replaces the earlier Velocity 4 proposal with the existing Velocity 3.4.0 baseline. Velocity 4.3.1 is tracked separately because its API requires Java 25; updating this provided API does not update a running proxy. Rhino 1.9.2 remains separate while its changed Java-serialization default is assessed.
