Test shared-cache refill after invalidation - #378
Exercise the queued shared-cache refill after storage snapshot invalidation. The regression runs the captured task against the shared SQL adapter, verifies the authoritative value and published snapshot, checks pending-read deduplication and primary-thread isolation, and covers a newer invalidation during an older read.
Validation: 1,723 unit tests and two packaged-artifact tests passed; independent concurrency and lifecycle review found no issues.
Expanded coverage for cache refresh behavior, including worker-thread reads, duplicate refresh prevention, and ensuring newer data is retained when an older read completes later.
The cache cleanup test now uses mocked SQL row data to verify worker-thread reads, one queued refill for repeated access, stale snapshot rejection after a second invalidation, and publication of a subsequent fresh value.

Summary
Worker refill and stale-read validation AdvancedCore/src/test/java/com/bencodez/advancedcore/tests/user/SharedCacheCleanupPrimaryThreadTest.java
The test checks that storage reads run off the primary thread, repeated access queues only one refill, and a snapshot read before a later invalidation is not published. A fresh read then publishes the updated value.
This test-only change is mergeable with bounded follow-up: exercise pending-write preservation and notification delivery to strengthen protection against future refill regressions. No current production failure is established.

Add pending-write coverage to the queued refill test.
invalidatedCompletedCacheQueuesOneWorkerRefillOnPrimaryThreadAccess seeds only Points, and its assertions check only Points and publication state. A refill that drops unflushed changes would not fail this test. The refill path reapplies pending changes, so the test should create one.
Add a pending Coins change before the Points invalidation. Return Coins with a different value from storage, and assert that the refilled cache keeps the pending value.
Storage fixture for the pending-change case

Update invalidatedCompletedCacheQueuesOneWorkerRefillOnPrimaryThreadAccess to
create a pending Coins change before invalidating Points, have the storage
fixture return a different Coins value, and assert that the refilled cache
retains the pending value. Preserve the existing Points and publication-state
assertions.
Run the queued notification and verify the onChange call.
Run the queued notification and verify the onChange call.
The test asserts only that a second worker.execute call occurs. A no-op second task passes the same assertion. The comment says that task delivers the refresh notification, but the test never runs it. Running it should call users.onChange(user, "Points"), because the stored value changes from 38 to 57.

Update the test around the worker.execute assertions to capture and run the
second queued Runnable, then verify users.onChange(user, "Points") is called.
Keep the existing cache identity assertion and check that running the
notification does not trigger another refill.

## Build and verification
All test classes and test-only helpers must live under `com.bencodez.advancedcore.tests` or its subpackages, with matching directories under `AdvancedCore/src/test/java`. Keep tests out of production packages. Preserve production visibility when relocating tests; use narrowly scoped test-only reflective helpers when package-private access is required. Preserve test discovery and the package-phase artifact tests.

## Change and PR workflow
Keep changes focused and avoid formatting churn. Before any commit, push, PR update, review reply, or other remote change:
1. run relevant focused tests;
2. run the full Maven package build;
3. verify the fresh artifact and test discovery;
4. run `git diff --check`;
5. inspect the complete base-to-HEAD diff for compatibility, concurrency, persistence, lifecycle, security, and packaging regressions.
