Updates compiler 3.16.0, both Lombok declarations to 1.18.48, provided NBT API 2.16.1, and deploy plugin 3.2.0, alongside the previously consolidated shade/resources/PvPManager updates. Java 21, provided dependency scopes and deployment skip settings are preserved.
Validation: a clean Maven package passed. This branch has no automated test sources. All 86 unshaded plugin class files are byte-identical to the previous candidate. All 12 NBT method descriptors used by the plugin exist in both 2.15.5 and 2.16.1; NBT API and Lombok are not bundled. The shaded JAR contains 4,881 classes, with the differences from the older retained artifact confined to the resolved AdvancedCore snapshot (three added and 21 changed classes). The ZIP and plugin descriptor were checked. A focused independent read-only review of this follow-up found no actionable defects.
