HTTP transport tests spend much of their runtime waiting on isolated TLS and lifecycle work. Allow methods in four independently isolated HTTP test classes to overlap, while keeping top-level classes and all other tests sequential and capping JUnit at two workers. Assertions, test bodies, timeouts, production code and dependencies are unchanged.
The same 62 runtime tests improved from 81 to 50 seconds locally (Surefire time 66.60 to 37.60 seconds). Full offline clean package passed in 108 seconds: 466 unit tests passed, one optional diagnostic skipped, and all four full/shared artifact checks passed. All 259 compiled production classes match the baseline; packaged artifacts exclude test resources. Independent source and isolation review completed with no findings. Timings are local measurements and may vary on CI.
