Fix blank email content on Linux

Email bodies can remain blank on Linux even while the app shell and message headers render. Update Avalonia.Controls.WebView from 12.0.1 to 12.1.0, which includes fixes for GTK first paint, offscreen pixel buffers, and Wayland initialization, and matches the other Avalonia packages.

Validation:

• Reproduced blank content with 12.0.1 in a standalone NativeWebView probe under Linux Xvfb/WebKitGTK; the identical fictional HTML renders visibly with 12.1.0.
• Solution build passed with no warnings or errors; all 529 tests passed.
• Signed commit verified before push.

The renderer comparison uses fictional content only. No user screenshots or personal information are included. Validation does not yet cover the user's installed desktop build.
