feat(sdk): 创世块移至 public 目录，支持多链动态加载 - #102

- Move genesis blocks to public/configs/genesis/{chainId}.json
- SDK now fetches genesis block via fetch() instead of static import
- Support multiple BioForest chains with different genesis blocks
- getBioforestCore() now requires chainId parameter
- Add @bfchain/util dependency (from npm)
- Update white-book documentation
Genesis blocks (~500KB each) are no longer bundled, reducing initial load.
SDK bundle (~983KB) still uses precompiled .cjs (see Issue #101 for future migration).
