chore: cleanup duplicate components migrated to key-ui - #221

- Update 20 files to import from @/components/common instead of direct paths - Remove 22 duplicate source files (skeleton, alert, icon-circle, step-indicator, gradient-button, loading-spinner, qr-code, empty-state) - Components now re-exported from @biochain/key-ui via index.ts
