This PR fixes multiple issues in provider verification and testing:
derive()chaining so plugins liketransformrun before schema validation.BtcWalletProvider: Removed incompatiblewalletApiUnwrap.TronWalletProvider: Handledsuccessflag manually in transform.EthWalletProvider: Moved plugins to execution root to correct order.BiowalletProvider: Added missing mocks and fixed URL paths.integration.test.ts.wallet-handlers.test.ts(mockinggetChainProvider).receive/index.test.tsx(accessibility selector update).Verification
All provider tests and affected functional tests passed locally.
