feat(transfer): add pay password support for BioForest transfers - #91

- Add PayPasswordConfirmJob component for pay password input - Update useSend hook with submitWithPayPassword function - Handle pay_password_required status in transfer flow - Add i18n translations for pay password UI (en/zh-CN) - Register PayPasswordConfirmJob in stackflow When a BioForest address has a secondPublicKey set, the transfer flow now prompts for the pay password before completing the transaction.
