feat(settings): add pay password entry in security settings - #96

Based on successful on-chain transactions, effectiveBlockHeight should be applyBlockHeight + 100, not + 28.
- Switch from bioforest-chain-bundle to btgmeta-bundle - btgmeta-bundle uses AST-02 for TRANSFER_ASSET (correct) - bioforest-chain-bundle uses AST-01 (incorrect for this chain) - Remove nonce field from broadcast payload - Update genesis-block.json from mpay prod config Tested: Both transfer (AST-02) and signature (BSE-01) transactions now successfully confirm on mainnet.
