7dbf7e03c937241ff9511ae413d5552720249de1, preserves the reviewed production/test blobs exactly, reconfirms the seven current official digests, and passes restore/build/full-suite CI on the first run (#34745109415). This draft is retained only as historical evidence and must not be merged.
