Blendkit stalls and cancels model from dragging into collection

I have done all the restarts and have the newest version of Blendkit. I have paid for the plan and I have the API code. I have not been ableto import anything into a collection.
The Blendkit is 3.21.2.260628

Hello @bacpac-live, I am sorry for the complications. Before I start with the bug stuff, I want to let you know that for the problematic days you can write to admin@blendkit.com and they will compensate you for the unusable days.

Now back to the bug. Just to check that I am getting it correctly... You can search the assets, then you drag it into a scene and download starts, finishes and then it stalls and nothing is imported? Or does it happen differently?

Are there any errors it shows in the window? Ideally you could enable the system console in Blender on Windows, try to download the asset until the problem occurs and then copy all the contents to here.

BTW: are you using Blender from Microsoft store?
