Add a workflow that starts a mirror pull after each push, so mirrored copies pick up commits immediately instead of on the next scheduled sync. Connection details come from the repository secrets GITLAB_HOSTNAME, GITLAB_PROJECT_ID, and GITLAB_MIRROR_TOKEN; the job exits cleanly when they are absent (for example in forks).
