Beta preparation
Directory.Build.propsis updated to 0.1.3-beta.4, the next unused beta tag at preparation time. This includes the previously merged inventory reliability/UX work (#456). Release notes are under the existing canonical release-notes category.Validation will be recorded from the existing hosted PR workflow. Merge only after CI passes. The owner explicitly requests publication after merge; a version bump/PR merge alone does not establish published artifacts. No production deployment is requested.
