Summary

  • classify identifiers bound to unreadable files as unlocated unless the diff proves they are present
  • restrict the message-wide onlyFile fallback to identifiers in change sentences
  • add regression coverage for descriptive identifiers, real change sentences, unreadable files, and the final non-blocking policy
  • rebuild the committed hook bundle

This intentionally leaves the separate Windows drive-path parsing issue out of scope.

Testing

  • npx vitest run tests/hooks/claims.test.ts tests/hooks/stop-claims.test.ts (20 passed)
  • npm run type-check
  • npm run build
  • npm run test:run (Windows: 1432 passed; 78 unrelated existing failures from symlink permissions, POSIX path assumptions, and daemon/bundle fixture paths)

Fixes #5
