Summary

• Migrate authored pages, components, utilities, API routes, and Jest configuration from JavaScript to TypeScript.
• Enforce no TypeScript type assertions with ESLint and add the authored-JavaScript audit.
• Preserve the loader-supported PostCSS configuration so Tailwind styling works in development.
• Record the OpenSpec migration plan and validation evidence.
