Update Conda Installation Channel Name in Documentation - #43

Refusing to load formula coverallsapp/coveralls/coveralls from untrusted tap coverallsapp/coveralls. Run `brew trust --formula coverallsapp/coveralls/coveralls` or `brew trust coverallsapp/coveralls` to trust it.
