Pins the mechanics of the owner's first rule for the sandbox: from a cold phone-width sandbox, add a link with an address and see it on the card — five taps, measured today at 2.5s scripted. Exits non-zero if the link never appears. A script cannot stand in for a human's two minutes; it catches the regressions that would make a human fail before a human has to.
