feat(agents): go-reviewer reads only Go hunks and names the rest - #11

A diff handed to the reviewer can carry fixtures, data or a copied test corpus beside the Go change. The reviewer now reads only .go files and go.mod, lists a patch's files without reading them, and names the others, unread, in its closing not-covered line.
