Summary

Two always-loaded skill descriptions drop what their bodies already say: which tool owns each modernize rewrite (go-idioms, 95 → 78 words) and the no-overwrite rule (go-lint-setup, 97 → 82 words; the rule stays in step 1 of the body). Every trigger word stays.

Checklist

  • ./scripts/validate.sh and --selftest pass
  • claude plugin validate . passes
  • Version bumped at release; CHANGELOG updated under Unreleased

…gers, not the routing

A skill description is loaded in every session. These two carried what
their bodies already say: which tool each modernize rewrite goes to, and
that an existing golangci-lint config is never overwritten. They keep every
trigger and drop to 78 and 82 words.
