main: claims.json names ComplexIndexesCrossTests as holding 11 claims, but the test is compiled out on net11 #321

Problem

PR #292 compiles ComplexIndexesCrossTests only on net10.0. The integration project has <Compile Remove="ComplexIndexesCrossTests.cs" /> and drops the package reference until #333 restores them against CodoMetis.EFCore.SchemaKit.PostgreSQL, the EF Core 11 successor of EFCore.ComplexIndexes (CaffeinatedCoder/EFCore.ComplexIndexes#37, decided 2026-10-19).

On main, test/oracles/claims.json still names the class in heldBy for 11 claims, and for 9 of them it is the only holder:

  • Held by it alone: E40, E42, E43, E48, E49, E50, E51, E52, E53 (ComplexIndexes columns, exclusion constraints, GiST, temporal keys).
  • Held with another test: E12, E41.

OracleCatalogueTests.EveryClaim_NamesTestClassesThatExist checks heldBy against test classes discovered in the source under test/. A file the project removes from compilation still counts. On the 11 line those 9 claims look held while no compiled test holds them, and dotnet run tools/oracles.cs status doesn't list them on the worklist.

Found by the review of PR #292 on 2026-10-19.
