Upgrades golang.org/x/tools to v0.52.0 and its required Go module family: x/mod v0.42.0, x/net v0.61.0, x/term v0.47.0, x/text v0.43.0, x/sync v0.24.0, and x/sys v0.49.0.

Synchronizes the root, integration-test modules, and fixture module pins and checksums. Updating only the root caused fixture generation and integration-module lint to fail because Go required module-file updates. No framework source or generated output changes; the existing correctness-fix fork pins remain unchanged.

This includes the updates proposed by #943, #944, and #946.

• Official release origins, module checksums, upstream changes, and Go requirements reviewed.
• make lint and make generated-code-quality pass, including all five generated fixture apps.
