Stores a per-token rescue cap on-chain (
DataKey::RescueCap(Address)) configured viaset_rescue_cap, enforces it directly insiderescue(andrescue_capped), emits"rescue_cap_set"on updates, and deprecates the argument-only cap pattern.Key Changes
