Adds no_closed_contours and threshold_filters to TempestExtremes detect parameters. Also tidies _make_detect_nodes_call
Adds _load_fields to allow FieldSource to be used for functions that allow multiple fields
Adds aliases that match the other parameter_set functions Adds a table in the docstring that includes the citations of the sources
Accept a list preprocessing functions. Use a registry of fields to keep in memory during preprocessing.
