Thanks for developing this useful package!
I am trying to score my cells using the scoreHIO package, but I am having trouble to interpret the output of the score_maturity() function. Running the function provides me with a list of scores for every cell in my dataset, as well as the reference datasets I presume (thio-4-week, fetal-7-week, fetal-8-week, adult). Can I use this score to judge how mature my cells are scaled from fetal (low score) to adult (high score)? Or do I misinterpret the score? Would be great to have some more detail!
