Remove hCaptcha and GeeTest v4 example packs (not supported) - #1

CaptchaAI does not solve hCaptcha or GeeTest v4, so these two packs claimed support we do not have. Their companion blog articles are already gone (both URLs return 404). - delete articles/how-to-solve-hcaptcha-using-api/ - delete articles/how-to-solve-geetest-v4-using-api/ - drop their two rows from the README index (323 -> 321 packs) GeeTest v3 packs are unaffected. ) The blog post this pack accompanied ("ParseHub + CaptchaAI: No-Code Scraping with CAPTCHA Solving") was unpublished on 2026-10-18: it told readers to import solver cookies in ParseHub's project settings and to pass "cookies" to POST /api/v2/projects/{token}/run, and ParseHub supports neither (its API reference lists only api_key, start_url, start_template, start_value_override and send_email; its help center has no cookie import). The pack's code is a plain reCAPTCHA v2 solve with no ParseHub step, covered by the other reCAPTCHA v2 packs. Same pattern as #1. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
