2. Add GET /api/v1/courses/:id/modules/:moduleId/quiz-history endpoint #415
Description
What: Add an endpoint that returns quiz history for a specific module across all users (admin only).
Why: Course creators need to see how users are performing on module quizzes to identify difficult questions or content gaps.
Scope: Create admin endpoint that queries quizSubmissions for quizzes in a specific module. Return: average score, pass rate, total attempts, score distribution.
Acceptance criteria:
- Returns aggregate quiz stats for a module
- Includes score distribution
- Only accessible by admins
- Cached for 5 minutes
Technical context: src/modules/quizzes/quiz.service.ts — quiz queries. src/database/schema.ts:113-142 — quizSubmissions.
