As a collector, I want to be able to receive accurate restock alerts and on time. So that I can have a chance to buy an item I want.

Problem to solve

Person misses out on product because they do not know it came back in time.

Desired outcome

Person receives alerts promptly when the product they are watching has been restocked so that they will be able to buy it before it goes out of stock again.

Proposed solution

A webscraper checks stores stock of certain items at intervals and then when the stock changes from out of stock to instock alerts are sent through the methods that the user has enabled.
