feat(ui): add working view to Install and Tweaks tabs - #5147
Conversation
While Install/Uninstall/Upgrade or Tweaks/Undo runs, the tab content is replaced with the same spinning arrow used by the Win11 Creator working page, with the live job status beneath it. The bottom progress bar keeps reporting as before. A new Set-WinUtilWorkingView helper owns the show/hide per tab area, Start-WinUtilJob drives it for its jobs, and Step-WinUtilJob mirrors status into whichever working labels are visible.

A dispatcher failure while re-enabling the app list skipped hiding the working view, leaving the panel covering the tab. Each restoration now has its own guard in both the worker and scheduling-failure cleanup paths, with the slot release unchanged.

Fixed in 8a69c03: the app-list restore and the working-view hide now have independent guards in both the worker and scheduling-failure cleanup paths, so one dispatcher failure can no longer skip the other. Added a regression test proving a hide failure still warns and releases the job slot. |

Description
While Install/Uninstall/Upgrade or Tweaks/Undo runs, the tab content is now replaced with the same spinning arrow used by the Win11 Creator working page, with the live job status beneath it (e.g.
Installing vlc (2/7)). The bottom progress bar keeps reporting as before. How it works:
Set-WinUtilWorkingView -Area Install|Tweakshelper owns the show/hide per tab area. Adding a new area is one XAML panel plus one map entry.Start-WinUtilJobswaps to the working view for its jobs (Install/Uninstall-> Install,Tweaks/Undo tweaks-> Tweaks) and restores the tab in the workerfinally(success, error, cancel) and on scheduling failure.Invoke-WPFInstallUpgrade(which runs outside the job wrapper) shows/hides it viatry/finally.Step-WinUtilJobmirrors each status update into whichever working labels are visible.E895glyph, 1.4s rotation tied to visibility,BitmapCacheso it does not stutter). The Tweaks overlay also covers the Run/Undo action bar, so a run cannot be double-started mid-flight.Verification:
Compile.ps1builds cleanly; new Pester coverage for area routing (all four jobs + a non-view job), worker-finish hide, status mirroring, and both tab round-trips (144 tests across the touched suites, all passing). Also exercised manually in the GUI.Issue related to PR
