Long offline verification reports expanded every severity group and required manual scrolling. Add priority links that reveal the selected group through native fragment navigation, open the first nonempty group by default, and omit empty groups. Preserve finding counts, redaction, CSP and the 256-detail budget.
Validation: 665 checks passed, one existing Docker opt-in test skipped; types, lint and build passed. The actual built CLI generated a failing synthetic report with expected exit 1. Chrome, Firefox and WebKit opened all three priority links with JavaScript disabled; no external requests, no mobile overflow and zero detected axe violations. Existing released packages are unchanged.
Implementation assisted by Codex. Review focused on offline navigation, preserved evidence and bounded rendering.
