fix --plan --outputcan write the requested plan inside the Skill directory. Its summary previously claimed that no workspace files had been written, which contradicted the file it had just created. The summary now says that no patches were applied and keeps the explicit plan-file receipt.Validation: 7 focused CLI/trust-loop tests, type checking and build passed. A real CLI flow detected an unsafe mode, planned and applied the guarded change with a backup, then independently verified the result; reapplying the stale plan was rejected. The actual generated HTML was checked in Chrome with JavaScript disabled, at desktop and mobile sizes, with no accessibility violations. The plan-only check preserves the original script bytes and permissions.
