Adds a loopback-only workbench for selecting actual Skill or contract directories and running the existing CLI. Review a safe fix plan, explicitly confirm backup and apply, then recheck separately; stale directory snapshots cannot apply.
Validation: 668 tests passed (one existing Docker test skipped), TypeScript, ESLint and build passed. A real browser and real CLI completed verification → plan → explicit backup/apply → recheck and contract inspection on synthetic files. No Skill script was executed. Requests are origin/capability bound; one child, output and retained evidence are bounded. Native macOS picker is implemented; explicit-path browser flow was exercised. No cloud deployment or new runtime dependency.
