Polishes Identity Lab's UI and improves its interactive authentication and authorization demonstrations.

• Redesigned landing, authentication, dashboard, and settings pages.

• Identity Lab remains an isolated, PureOpaque-based demonstration environment.
• Includes minor shared component and UltimateAuth runtime improvements.
