Release cognichem-client 1.0: full API redesign - #1

Replace the 0.1 requests-based client with an httpx + Pydantic package covering auth, jobs, inference, utils, and usage limits, plus tests, CI, and migration docs. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
