Move particle-database matching out of the CSP solver so that the solver core is purely quantum-number / dictionary based.
CSPSolver.__init__ currently takes allowed_intermediate_states, and _insert_allowed_states special-cases spin_projection while substituting particle candidates into the quantum-number solutions (src/qrules/solving.py:288-336,503-515). Extract this substitution into a post-processing step that maps quantum-number solutions onto ParticleCollection entries, leaving CSPSolver free of any Particle knowledge.
This separation is a prerequisite for a quantum-number-only interface, where transitions are generated without ever consulting a particle database.
