STEINS;GATE 0's Steam release ships its movies as Bink 2, which FFmpeg can't decode. This adds an overlay port that is vcpkg's ffmpeg 7.1.2#5 port (the version vcpkg.json already pins), unchanged apart from two patches and three lines in portfile.cmake:
1000-bink2-decoder.patchis the decoder from sharpemu/ffmpeg-core@3b502d4, LGPL-2.1-or-later like the rest of FFmpeg.1001-bink2-alpha-boolean.patch: the decoder kept the alpha flag as its raw bit (0x100000) and then looped over3 + has_alphaplanes, which crashed on movies with alpha. The copy can be checked with
diff -ragainst vcpkg's 7.1.2#5 port tree (bf414f1e). One known gap: IMV006 starts with a frame flag the decoder doesn't handle, so each loop of that movie starts one frame late.
