The cumulative current manuscript opens with 16 study sections but had no study map or working heading targets in its rendered HTML/PDF. Readers could not move directly from a study summary to its protocol and evidence boundary.
This adds a generated study directory with evidence type, result limit, date, and scoped links to each study and protocol. The renderer assigns stable heading anchors to HTML/PDF and keeps the directory current after report regeneration. The adaptive report preserves the map, and the multicall workflow renders it before checking the rebuilt manuscript. Archived research sections and numerical results are unchanged.
