Second-pass alignment pushed at 22b30b7. Shared branding/handoff and maintainer guidance, contributor/PR/editor standards, read-only validation and three-platform package CI now match the hub. Existing email templates, generators, dependencies and no-send/no-tracking boundaries are unchanged. Local common tests passed (10 parameterized methods); final Quality/package jobs and review must pass before merge. No visual-render review is claimed. @codex review |

Summary
Coordinated with CompleteTech-LLC/agentic-services-orchestrator-skill#1. Add family navigation, specialist onboarding, shared contribution guidance, skill-package.json, the read-only standard-library package validator, 17 synthetic tests, and independent least-privilege package CI.
Uses reviewed PNG chunk/CRC checks and typed malformed fixtures. The bundled demonstration writes to output/onboarding-demo.pdf instead of committed previews.
Compatibility
Preserve existing README content, email catalogs, renderers, SKILL.md, dependencies, brand assets, approval boundaries, registry version, visibility, and original Quality workflow. No sending, tracking, credential access, account changes, or background services are introduced.
Validation
The shared 17-test suite passed locally within the 24-test hub suite. Full-checkout package validation and existing Quality must pass on GitHub before merge. No local full-repository or visual-render verification is claimed; the execution environment cannot clone GitHub.
