Good evening @pradeeban, please take a look when you get a chance. Added Julia CI. CI exposed two setup details.....the Julia interop tests need the existing Python CI deps, and the C++ interop checks are Linux-only for now since the Windows runner does not currently build the C++ helper cleanly. |

The repo now has a Julia test entry point at
tests/julia/runtests.jl, but CI does not run it yet.Add a GitHub Actions job that runs the Julia tests on Ubuntu and Windows with Julia 1.10 and the latest stable Julia.
