Publish a Compatibility Matrix for Notification Consumers #1057
Description
Maintain a machine-readable or easily validated matrix describing supported payload versions, delivery adapters, and consumer-facing compatibility expectations.
Acceptance criteria:
The matrix identifies supported combinations; examples match the implementation; CI detects invalid or incomplete entries.
